Here you will find a list of questions that we think everyone would benefit from. We will keep adding to the list as questions are asked by our users.

• I didn't get my ID Code
Please email us using the billing form and we will send it out to you as soon as possible.

• OK, I got my ID Code but where do i enter it?
First you need to install the NX Launch Pad (you may download it here if you do not have it), after unzipping just open the install-windows.bat and follow the on-screen instructions. Some users will experience the "black screen shutdown" and what this means is that you need to install the Java Development Kit -- You can watch a video of the install process on youtube or follow the manual (advanced). Once you have it installed you can add your ID code into the client. The bot you purchased will then download to the client and show on the list.

• Why do i need a bot client?
The Bot-Client is needed to run the bots. The bot client manages all your bots so that it works effectively at walking, following and maknig sure all commands are followed and all randoms are solved.

• The NX Launch Pad is out of date and telling me to upgrade. How do i upgrade?
Upgrading to the latest version of the bot client is simple. Just redownload the bot client, reinstall it to a new folder. To save your bot's auth codes and usernames / passwords from your previous installation, just copy and paste over " data.db" from the /config folder in your old installation to the new. You may delete your old bot client's folder.

• Help! My bot doesn't work!
Please be patient. Frequent RuneScape updates can sometimes effect the functionality of our bots. Our team actively works to address these issues as fast as possible.

• I get a Javac message or black screen error when running install.bat?
If you get a Javac message you have installed the Java Development Kit incorrectly -- try again and make sure your path's are correct.

If you get a black screen and it disappears then you need to install the Java Development kit and by following the advanced install guide here.

• I put in my ID Code but it says Auth Failed
You entered your code wrong, or its been deactivated/Banned. If your ID code was banned then you would have gotten a message telling you why and how you may appeal.

• I put in my ID Code but it says im banned for code sharing.
If you feel we banned you in error you can go to our forum and PM us. Please include your IP, your ID Code and why you should be unbanned.

• I'm moving next week if my ip changes will i get banned?
Nope, just dont run it at your old house and your new house at the same time.

• Can i use my bots at my house and at my Moms/Dads/Cousins/Friends/Etc's House?
Yes you can, but you CAN'T run them at the same time! For example if your using it at your dads house you can't use it at your moms house (this means no leaving it running). If your using it at your friends house you cant use it anywhere else except at his house. If your going to use it at your friends house make sure no one else gets your ID code! and make sure you delete the bot client before you leave (empty the trash as-well).

• Can i share my ID Code with friends or family?
Absolutely NOT! Your ID Code will be flagged and banned - Then you just wasted your money. You will NOT get a refund for breaking our TOS.

• When i login to the program i get something about reflections and the bot stops.
If any of the bots dont work due to reflection you need to wait until we match update our botclient with the runescape client this takes a few hours and only happens when runescape is updated.

• Could not find the main class: impsoft.nexus.installer.Main. Program will exit.
RuneScape was updated and you need to wait a few hours and then click reload to see if your bot was updated.

• I'm having a problem with my bot not working correctly.
We are working on the problem. Everyone is having this problem not just you and we get about 100 emails about the same thing and it slows up the email support for everyone.

• When are you guys going to release such and such program?
We only release programs when they are ready to be released. Just cause it says its 100% doesn't mean everything is done. It will be released when we feel its the right time.

• When are you going to add new features to such and such program?
We try and add on new features in between releasing new bots. Stay turned we are always updating even if its not posted on the site.
